Chris Bennini. is a senior corporate and securities lawyer working within the legal department at Pirate Capital, where he focuses his practice in the areas of SEC-registered public offerings, crowdfunding, debt financing, and private placement transactions. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and securities law, as well as in corporate governance and compliance matters.
Chris is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions involving publicly and privately held companies and private equity acquisitions and divestiture transactions. Chris has assisted many companies with their Crowdfunding offerings under Reg. CF and Reg. A+ and has provided within the group many successful Reg D 506 offering PPMs.
